Philosophie

My name is Eia Escher. The choice of a medical profession combined my wish to collaborate with people and to transfer knowledge of constructive and health serving contents. In 1985 I finished my studies in Physical Therapy and in 2004 I completed a post graduate program in Sports Physical Therapy. After investing 30 years in my family and my personal and professional development, I founded my own physical therapy practice in 2008. To meet the new responsibilities of a leader, in 2013, I decided to study Leadership & Management at the school of advanced studies in Zurich. Its Institute for Applied Psychology was the most convenient educational establishment for this purpose. After graduating, I felt the emerging wish to transfer my newly gained knowledge to interested individuals and executives. This led to the idea of ‘Immensional’ – a practice that supports people who find themselves in challenging life and/or work situations. Leadership is a challenging and energy intensive field of activity. The balance between mental and physical needs on one hand and professional and private demands on the other must be found and sustained.
